Rongai Route 6 Days Trekking Kilimanjaro

The Rongai Route 6 Days Trekking Kilimanjaro Mountain, Rongai route located at north eastern of Kilimanjaro. The rongai route is the best climbing route that offer the unspoiled nature with abundance of flora and fauna of Kilimanjaro.

Day 1: Rongai Gate (1950m) to First Cave Camp (2600m), trekking duration 4 to 5 hours.

Day 2: First Caves Camp (2600m) to Kikelewa Cave (3600m), trekking duration 6 to 7 hours.

Day 3: Kikelewa Cave (3600) to Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4330m), trekking duration 3 to 4 hours.

Day 4: Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4330m) to Kibo Hut (4700m), trekking duration 4 to 5 hours.

Day 5: Kibo Hut (4700m) to Uhuru Peak (5895m) then descend to Horombo Hut (3720m), trekking duration 6 to 8 hours to uhuru peak then descend to Horombo hut.

Day 6: Horombo Hut (3720m) to Marangu Gate (1980m), taking 5 to 6 hours to reach Marangu gate, Then transfer to Arusha or Moshi.
